Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
